Beautiful pixie hairstyle

Hi Guys! 

Ever since I've been experimenting with hair, It went from short to growing it out again. When my hair had reached the proper length, I chopped it off again. It has been this particular pattern for over 10 years now. The last time I cut it short was over a year ago. I rocked the short a-symmetric bob until I once again got tired of it and grew it out. My hubby and I are planning a big change in our lives. We are moving out of the city we both grew up in and looking into buying a family home in a town a 100 kilometers (61 miles) away. I figured this mayor step could use a dramatic change in my hairstyle as well!

The pixie haircut

Ever since one of my favorite icons Audrey Hepburn rocked this look in the late '50s the pixie haircut has gained its popularity. Many big names of all ages wear this bold hairstyle to express themselves. Although there is an amount of good articles and blogposts about this beautiful cut, I wanted to show you my personal favorite photo's.

                                           

        

                                        

There has been lots of negative comments spreading on the internet saying this haircut makes you look boyish or suddenly non attractive. But see for yourself in these pictures, these women look amazing!

So what do you guys think. Should I go for a dramatic hairstyle such as the beautiful pixie cut, or should I play it save? Please let me know! I could use as much advise as you guys are willing to give me :)

Chanel exhibition

Hi guys!

I am so sorry for neglecting you all but I've been super busy! Last week my girlfriends and I went to an exhibition about Chanel in our local museum. This week flew by too! I have been working on some cool tutorials for you guys, played some on my nintendo ds, worked like crazy and had an awesome lunchdate with a friend of mine. I love making my own smoothies! This one is a banana spinach one with a bunch of other fruits. My hubby and I are trying to watch what we eat as we will be travelling a lot next year. Would you guys like me to vlog our journey? Please comment below :)

Before I go to sleep, I love to play with my Nintendo. Who wouldn't love a pink console like this one? 

It was literally freezing this week! I figured there would be no better moment for my Uggs to come out and warm up my feet :) 

I got to have lunch with one of my best friends this week. We went to this place on the beach where they have fire pits to warm yourself at. I love drinking fresh mint tea when its cold out :) 

My amazing hubby surprised me out of nowhere saying that I worked so hard and deserved a little treat! So he gave me this present, (which smells amazing btw) took me out to a nice Greek restaurant and we watched a movie after. Thank you babe! 

Sunday morning we went to a meeting and had a family gathering but before that I woke up extra early (had such a sleepy head) and lit up a bunch of candles while doing my hair and make-up! I love my vanity so much ;)

My week in photo's

Hi Guys,

This week flew by! Last sunday I went to a organic farmers market in the city centre, I went snowboarding, filmed a couple new tutorials which are coming up soon but the best part of the week was spending the weekend with my family. My amazing dad and hubby build me a desk which I absolutely love to death! Today Martz (My husband) put together my drawers and is building me some shelves. Next week there will be some more jobs done, like putting up the wallpaper and getting a side table. If you would like I can do a make up room tour just comment below.

We had a 12 hour slow cooked pork sandwich at the organic market! It was delish!

Feeling thankful!

Hi Guys!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all the lovely friends, family and viewers! It has been a blessing that so many of you read my article and commented on it. I also wanna thank every single one of you who has been on my Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Without you guys this dream of mine wouldn`t be possible. Getting to know me!

Hi Guys!

As a half Italian, half Dutch kid growing up in The Netherlands I didn`t want to listen to my mom teaching me how to wash my face properly. While time passed and I grew older, I began to understand why she said it was so important and I`m still thankful! I began to understand the world of beauty and thought it was so glamorous! I was eager to try every item of make-up I could lay my hands on (my mom had to slow me down big time!), or try different kind of facial mask with all my girlfriends.

From left to right: Me around the time I discovered my passion (I bleached my hair really bad at the time), my beautiful cousin and my little sister in Italy where our family is from.

But my hunger for beauty wasn`t satisfied at all. Being the perfectionist that I am, I wanted to learn how to correctly put on make-up. So I started my investigation. I googled a few words and no minute later I found this beautiful girl showing me how to do heatless curl through the computer. Right there and then I found my passion!

Many years and watched tutorials later, my friends, family and others come to me with their question. I was fortune enough do a couple make up gigs including bridal make-up on a beautiful bride and myself too!

 My amazing supportive husband and I got married on 05-04-13 <3

I enjoy passing my knowledge on and helping other people look even more beautiful so much, I  decided to start a blog. I don`t know how this is going to work out but I really hope some of you beauty`s out there will enjoy reading my tips! Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions :)
